- JWJesse Watson3 days ago1.0I wish the post office would go back to being ran and operated by men. Nothings ever in stock here, the people are rude, uniforms are as nasty and dirty as the people wearing them. When men ran this organization it was better. You didnt have this disorder.
- SPShelly P.Feb 4, 20261.0The employees at this location are just rude as hell and absolutely no accountability! I walked out with my "package", which was actually a small manilla envelope but he said it had to be delivered as a package because the contents (which were 2 gift cards) were bulky. Nevermind that I've mailed the same exact envelope with the same contents several times and didn't pay $7.70 for ground package delivery. In October I mailed my daughter-in-law a card for her birthday a week in advance. She didn't receive it until a week after her birthday so when I asked him about the 3 to 5 days delivery they're quoting, he didn't like that. I told him I would take it to UPS (where I never have any issues), he said, "good idea", to which I replied, "no, it's a great idea"! I haven't had any quality customer service from any employee at this location. So, I'll gladly give my money to UPS.
