He took time to walk me through the process how it will be sent to the correct place, and assured he would do everything they could to make a smooth process and he followed up next day to tell me the status of my package. I’m grateful for the above and beyond help and service provided! Thank you!

What you have to keep in mind however is that the people who are incentived to leave a review are those that have had really good or really bad experiences (only the extremes). I am posting to try to give you a realistic view of what to expect. They do a fine job, not superb, but not horrible either. Exactly what you would expect from a postal office.

When u call the post office to speak with someone, they in return make excuses for this mail carrier or blame on the person that took over for him day. In the past year it has caused alot of issues for myself. One would hope that this location would or could get together already
