- SFShawn Fugate5 days ago1.0Was told my envelope was thicker than the required 1/4” to be delivered with regular postage. I reduced the volume of papers and measured with a micrometer, returned with the 3/16” thick envelope…. Was told the “envelope needs to pass and glide through the 1/4” of the plastic opening guide without being pushed through”… I researched the usps and that’s simply not the case…. This is not the first time I had to deal with incompetence at this facility…. 0 stars if I could rate them that…. Apparently, these guys have earned their subpar 2.7 stars and I’m not the only dissatisfied customer…

Therefore my packages get stuck and I have to wait for them to come back and place it on my doorstep. I get this package every month, it is not hard to walk 100ft to leave it at my door. Just laziness if you ask me.
