- 444cornershikeJun 3, 20245.0This is one of the best and most accommodating locations I have ever been to. I even go out of my way to take packages I need mailed there. Most of the people leaving bad reviews are calling the 800 number or don't realize that it is YOUR responsibility to make things easy for the carriers. They work 6, and sometimes 7, days a week in all kinds of weather. The staff here consistently goes above and beyond for any issues or questions I have. I'd love to see these bad review people go and deal with the locations in and around Columbus. Their head would explode.

Just because they didnt wanna get out of the car and bring my package to my door. They put me on hold for more then 30 minutes. Then hung up on me. I tried calling back it happened again. Then I called a 3rd time and no answer. They have put my packages in other people's boxes. They need to get there stuff together. I called corporate and apparently I'm not the first complaint on them in the last few weeks.
- JRJason RicheyJan 17, 20181.0Horrible post office. Very inefficient. I live within city limits and our delivery is anywhere between 11 am and 7 pm no consistency. Usually more often than not between 4 and 6. Last week had a package that wasnt delivered had to chase them down for it. another time had the contents of a package spilled out all over the floor of the mail truck. Had I not had to speak to mail person and seen it I would have never known and it would not have been delivered.
