She clearly hates her job, never smiles, doesn’t make any eye contact at all (except to roll her eyes at you). I’m sure her job isn’t the best and she doesn’t make much money, but she needs to find another job. Customer service is clearly not her thing.

One in particular (black hair) has had a terrible attitude every time I come in. She usually just takes whatever I bring in with minimal talking, but I have witnessed her snapping at other customers, rolling her eyes, sighing loudly, getting verbally aggressive, ect. At that point, I prefer the minimal talking and poor customer service to the way I have seen her act. This morning, there was a younger employee working behind the counter who was obviously newer and was having some trouble with a customer that was trying to send out several orders. You could tell he didn't want to ask the black-haired woman for help. When she came up, she snapped at him several times, rolled her eyes, and then pushed him out of the way. She then proceeded to get verbally aggressive with the customer. The other employee ended up stepping over to help me, and you could tell he was embarrassed and frustrated. The fact that so many people have complained and nothing has been done is appalling. I feel bad for any customer that has to step into this store and work with this woman.
