  I've taking stuff to this location twice and both times the lady was unpleasant and had a rudeness to her that made me feel like I was a bother. It's not like she had to do much for both items except simply scan the barcode because I did the rest of the work. Also out of all people, both times was the manager, Clorissa (yes, I made sure to read her name tag due to her attitude). I even smiled and wished her a Merry Christmas (maybe she doesn't believe in it cause attitude seems to convey it). From here on out, I'll just take my items to a drop off site (because those people have been nice) or I'll find a different location. I can't agree more with the 1 star comments and it's obvious nothing wants to be done about the situation because these people are still here. Your people need to remember your customers are the reason you have a job. Sincerely, a 25+ retail and customer service worker and 10+ year former retail manager.

  UPS always gets my packages to its destination (and packages sent to me) safely and very quickly, even with some of the less expensive options.

  Agree with previous reviewers of this store. I go in there often and the woman with long, straight, black hair has to be one of the most miserable people. She clearly hates her job, never smiles, doesn’t make any eye contact at all (except to roll her eyes at you). I’m sure her job isn’t the best and she doesn’t make much money, but she needs to find another job. Customer service is clearly not her thing.

  Like most of the reviewers prior, my complaint is about the women working the front counter. One in particular (black hair) has had a terrible attitude every time I come in. She usually just takes whatever I bring in with minimal talking, but I have witnessed her snapping at other customers, rolling her eyes, sighing loudly, getting verbally aggressive, ect. At that point, I prefer the minimal talking and poor customer service to the way I have seen her act. This morning, there was a younger employee working behind the counter who was obviously newer and was having some trouble with a customer that was trying to send out several orders. You could tell he didn't want to ask the black-haired woman for help. When she came up, she snapped at him several times, rolled her eyes, and then pushed him out of the way. She then proceeded to get verbally aggressive with the customer. The other employee ended up stepping over to help me, and you could tell he was embarrassed and frustrated. The fact that so many people have complained and nothing has been done is appalling. I feel bad for any customer that has to step into this store and work with this woman.
