- AMAustin MillerMar 24, 20211.0This brach is absolutely terrible and completely unreliable. One day they show up at noon, the next it’s 4:30 and then they flat out forget to stop. As on online retailer their lack of consistency makes it hard for us to get packages to our customers in a timely manor. This branch closes at 4:30, so when 4:25 rolls around and they still haven’t showed, I have to pull someone from the floor to take mail uptown because we don’t know if they forgot us or will show up well past 4:30. We have addressed the issues with the post master who was rude, obnoxious and took zero accountability. We are flat out tired of the incompetency of the Archbold Post Office and believe it’s time someone reevaluates who should and shouldn’t be working in that office. Wish I could have given zero stars.

If ask at the post office and they say she will not take the package to your door. I think that's doing part of her job that we pay her for. I dont understand how she can do only part of her job in archbold oh.
