I needed to print out the label when the person at the counter told me I had to print it out at UPS and come back, during this time my package was on the counter, she saw it, it had been opened from me trying on the item. I then go to UPS, print it out, come back and wait in line again. She then now tells me they can’t tape the label or retape the package. That I buy tape and do it myself. 1. Why didn’t she say something first time she saw it 2. Respectfully, what do you guys actually do then????

I do think it’s weird that it doesn’t open until 8:30 AM for the main part but they do have a kiosk that prints out shipping labels in the lobby so you do have the option of getting your mail out faster if you need to go before work. Also, Temu Ryan Reynolds works here and that’s always fun… I wonder how many Deadpool references I can get in before he notices what’s happening lol

- GFGoals FirstFeb 17, 20232.0Uncaring management. I have left my information with them multiple times, contacted them on several occasions, and even called the support line. They refuse to deliver my mail because my mailbox is small. I never had a problem receiving my mail for the year and half I've lived here. Suddenly it's a problem. I collect my mail at least every 1-2days. Then when I resolved the issue it started all over again. It is tax season and I cannot receive my mail and they've refused to be proactive.
