I like this post office. I’m here almost every day shipping out items from my online store. I do think it’s weird that it doesn’t open until 8:30 AM for the main part but they do have a kiosk that prints out shipping labels in the lobby so you do have the option of getting your mail out faster if you need to go before work. Also, Temu Ryan Reynolds works here and that’s always fun… I wonder how many Deadpool references I can get in before he notices what’s happening lol

Called 3 times, no answer. I shipped a package with the correct address and they returned it 2 times. I highly recommend not shipping anything to Amherst, OH. Most likely it will not be delivered due to incompetence and lack of effort. They truly earned this review.

Uncaring management. I have left my information with them multiple times, contacted them on several occasions, and even called the support line. They refuse to deliver my mail because my mailbox is small. I never had a problem receiving my mail for the year and half I've lived here. Suddenly it's a problem. I collect my mail at least every 1-2days. Then when I resolved the issue it started all over again. It is tax season and I cannot receive my mail and they've refused to be proactive.

Twice now, I have used this post office to ship things to my family in TN. They are rude in there every time, like they hate their jobs. I asked both times how I should wrap things before sending (especially a picture frame, that was irreplaceable) so they didn’t get broken, no one really wanted to tell me. The picture frame was destroyed by the time they received it. My sister in law told me, it looked like they had laid it by the back tire of the truck and ran it over. I paid $36 (for shipping) for you guys to ruin it!!! I will not return
