As I walked in to send a package out another lady was being waited on. Then I noticed she was just putting her item in a small box. The way it looked she may have been new at it. That was ok. But I feel as she was putting address on the package, the post master should have asked her to step aside so I can send mine out. Mine was already set to go. As another lady was also waiting behind me. Instead, we had to wait a good 15 minutes. She kept asking questions after her package was finished. Stephanie was great. Kind and very thorough. But need to also think about time for others as well. Just my opinion, I think the customer was taking her time on purpose. Could be wrong . I like this post office and the people working there. Will return. Hope wont take so long next time.

Haven't received a shred of mail since the snow storm. The snow has been cleared from in front of the mailbox for about 2 weeks now. So whats the deal USPS? Ridiculous.

would rate zero stars if i could. have not received mail in almost two weeks. lived at the current address for three years and never had an issue until the mailman has caused a rut in my grass because he is too lazy to stretch a little further and now is afraid he will get stuck in the hole he caused! mailbox is right on the grass line and blacktopped in front so he can pull up there WITHOUT having to pull in the grass. So he has caused damages to my yard and refuses to deliver mail. If i put rocks, cones, or flags up to keep him out of the grass he gets out of his truck to move them and will purposely pull in the yard But can't get out of the truck to insert mail. Also constantly getting the neighbors mail and missing my mail. what a joke lazy when i ask "post master" the drivers name to fule a formal complaint he refused to give me that i fo yet this guy is hoarding my personal mail and never delivers it properly. Mail just lost in limbo.

I have somehow received all my packages at my front door from fedex, UPS, dhl, instacart, etc since the snowstorm but somehow my packages from USPS keep saying they can’t drop off my packages ever since the snow storm. It really just sounds like someone just doesn’t feel like doing their job and getting out of the car into the cold to walk a few steps to leave the packages at the door because I’ve received all my other mail from usps and have had no issues with any other delivery company dropping off packages. And no way of getting a hold of anyone to physically come pick up my packages. Total bullcrap.

We haven’t received mail since snow storm. We’ve cleared path in front of mailbox. I understand if can’t get to it but we stopped in Amelia post office yesterday and was told mail has been going out. I get a daily update of what mail is to come and again have not received any. I live on a dead end street and there’s no evidence of a mail carrier even being back here. Called 800 number and they only send you a link that doesn’t work. I’ve had multiple issues with this post office.
