  1 star because I can’t give zero. This location gave my iPhone to someone other than me. When I asked how this was possible when I never designated anyone else to pick up the item, they let me know they don’t always follow corporate policy, because it’s just more convenient for them to allow someone with a fake name and a copy of an ID to pickup whatever packages they like… unreal.

  Just went to drop off a service this is provided, through the post office pick up, with a prepaid usps label, small envelope, and before I could even say anything I was told no to go to the post office. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but my girlfriend that was with me worked for ups long enough (recently as well) to know the services provided, and we checked to make sure it wasn’t possibly a “location thing”. Lazy at your job is one thing but it was a doctor sample.

  There were seven people in front of me and only one employee working. She maintained her cheerful, helpful, efficient attitude throughout the whole process. Several people came in behind me and she greeted them all warmly. She is a real gem, I think her name was Olivia
