- EWEric WalterJan 3, 20265.0Having had a terrible experiences with Northeast Ohio Post Office service on two recent occasions, I must say the persons who are part of the Alliance Post Office are some of the most professional, engaging, courteous and helpful persons I have ever dealt with in the Post Office branches. Not only are they responsive and understanding, they actually go above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. Specifically, I was having issues with mail being delivered from Mentor, Ohio, using the Cleveland diatribution facility on a guaranteed date. When the Alliance branch looked into it, they told me what was going on and then called me when it was actually finally delivered. I wish I lived close to this Post Office as I would ship everything from it. I cannot say enough good things about Nicole and Will as they are the most professional and honest Post Office persons I have ever experienced. Thank you for being so professional and making up for the other 2 branches. You are amazing.
