- LSLaura ScottOct 25, 20251.0I called to find out what to do about a "2day air" package being only half way to its destination and its been 3 days. The woman told me she would get someone else and put me on hold. After 6 min i hung up and called back and I said "I think you forgot about me" to which she replied "we're really busy right now" and put me on hold for another 6 min. I just hung up. They obviously dont know the answer either so they just chose to ignore my question. This is not the first time customers have complained that ups does not honor their timeframes that ive paid double for. Im not sure what do do other than just using a different carrier for a small business. 12.50 for 2nd day air that wont be delivered for 6 days is unexceptable.
