  Great Experience at Staples in Alliance! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a reliable spot in the Alliance area for office supplies or tech help, the Staples on West State Street is a solid choice. I’ve consistently had positive experiences here, and it’s easily one of the most organized stores in the neighborhood. Why This Location Stands Out: Top-Notch Print & Marketing Center: The team in the back is fantastic. Whether it’s high-quality laminating, business cards, or last-minute shipping through their UPS drop-off, they handle it quickly and professionally. Helpful Staff: You don’t have to wander the aisles for twenty minutes looking for a specific ink cartridge. The employees are actually visible and willing to help—they usually know exactly which aisle you need before you even finish your sentence. Clean & Stocked: The store is always well-maintained. From school supplies to ergonomic chairs, everything is neatly displayed, making it easy to get in and out if you're on a tight schedule. Easy Tech Recycling: I love that they make it easy to drop off old electronics responsibly. It’s a great service for the community.   I bought a printer on Feb 9, 2026. Despite my best efforts with installing, re-installing and trying on multiple machines, It did not work. I took it back to the Staples (Alliance, OH) that I bought it from on Feb 23, 2026. I was told that the only way they would take it back is if I had the original box. I did not have so I was told there was nothing they could do for a printer that did not work 14 days after purchase. If I had bought this from Amazon, I could have returned it with no problem (probably at this same Staples store). Terrible customer service. I tried to shop local...not doing that again. I'm sure this will be a vacant building in a year.
