As a previous review mentioned, I too have had issues with undeliverable mail. Unfortunately our office falls under Johnstown's Post Master, Kirk, who is a complete whack job. The problem is with Johnstown PO, not Alex.
- NFNeoh ForceJun 10, 20181.0If USPS had a rating system for delivery, this place would fall bottom of the charts. Have a PO Box? Better let everyone know or you'll never receive your package! Half of Alexandria has had to fight with this post office over the last three years because the delivery truck out of Johnstown can't seem to take the "undeliverables" for Alexandria residents to this PO where they can be delivered to the proper box. The people like Thelma Lee and Sally made this a post office you could always count on, and in the years since both have left the service has become poor at best. Closing this location would be easier than fixing the messthay has been caused by the systems lazy employees.
