  Great customer service and very helpful when my son and I had questions on shipping his package. Ashlynn was very nice and when we had a question she was able to find the answer for us which was so helpful too!!! We will definitely be going back!! It’s so nice to have a UPS store so close home!!!

  My husband and I have a small business and have been shipping packages with UPS for 5 years now. We dont ship a huge amount, anywhere from 5-15 packages a week depending on how many orders we get that week. Last year, according to Pirateship, I spent $4720.90 in UPS shipping labels to give you an idea of how often we use UPS and then multiply that by 5 years. UPS has been the most reliable and on time shipping company we have used (and we have used them all). We won't ship with anyone else. When I saw this store had opened near my kid's school, I was excited. I had been using Main St and Green locations and though I love those stores, this one was closer. I buy and print my labels via Pirateship online and I weigh and measure my boxes at home. Since bringing my packages here to drop-off, the majority of my shipments are getting surcharges for incorrect weight and/or size. Keep in mind, I have been doing this for 5 years and this is a rare issue I have had in the past. This is only happening when I drop off my packages at this store. I only use a select few boxes for my items so I am taking the same size boxes to this store that I have always taken to the Green and Main locations. I have also continued to drop off identical packages at Green and Main during this time if I was in the area and have not received any surcharges from those shipments. To give you a further picture, for the entirety of last year, I had $36 in surcharges. In the last 3 months, I have had $54 already. Again, same size boxes I have always taken to Green and Main. This all suggests that something is off with how packages are being processed at this location. Thankfully, I can appeal these surcharges through Pirateship and get my money back, but I can no longer use this store to drop off my packages. I will go back to Green and Main despite it taking more of my time to go to these locations.

  I came into the store on Mar 8 to ship 2 very lightweight boxes…one to New Hampshire and one to North Carolina. The guy working said it would be $85!!!!!!!! When I asked if he could check again, he didn’t even look over anything and said “yea sometimes it’s expensive”. That’s crazy and something had to be inaccurate. So, I figured out other shipping arrangements. The new store is very nice, but I’m just not thrilled with the lack of care/service.
