  Was expecting an engagement ring. The package required a signature. The delivery driver didn’t knock or ring the bell and now I have to wait an extended period of time to receive this ring and postpone my proposal

  Ya son varias veces que tengo que regresar paquetes i nomas no quieren aceptar si esa es la ubicación que me dan para devolver i el empleado no quiere aceptar si son molestas su respuesta.

  They delivered 2, 200 lb boxes on my porch. They were not my packages- They were my neighbor's. When he dropped the boxes on my porch one went in the mud, the other box received a big hole, and I was physically unable to exit my front door because both boxes were blocking it. After getting the packages to my neighbor's porch, calling FedEx and writing a note to my neighbor, I wasted about an hour and a half of my life because of their stupidity.
