Mail holds are a gamble, sometimes they will hold the mail and not resume service until you call regardless of what you fill out on the yellow card, don't try to do mail hold online, they ignore those requests, or other times they will deliver mail and ignore the hold even if you fill out yellow card. I sometimes think it would be best to take mailbox down while i am on vacation, and forget about trying to contact via phone the operator never answers.
