👎👎 not surprised at all, dirty, stinking with rude stuff (it’s our government). Truck drivers must provide all information even ssn , what??? I asked why and they told , to prove that you are not illegal emigrant and your CDL is legal. Seriously? I think should be another way but not to provide ssn.

I’ve shipped out packages with prepaid shipping labels at other USPS locations without any problems but for some reason at this location, the front desk said I needed to pay extra postage and when I brought up the fact that I have had no problem at three other USPS locations shipping out similar items, they said, “I’m not gonna argue with you” and tossed my package into a bin behind them.

I honestly avoid the USPS anytime I can. It never fails to get something important a week late. I have to think if they closed the USPS and just let the big three deliver parcels, mail and whatever else our tax money would be better used.

Nothing but anxiety when a package comes through the postal service .. They scanned in a package of mine and held on to it for 3 days , I watched the tracking as it sat there . Finally I called this location and asked if they could hold it snd I will come and pick it up … I was told “ we don’t do that here you have to make a claim “ . Absolutely lazy horrible customer service and backwards . . Thry have no integrity and lack proper customer service values . They need to fade away and let other respected carriers take over . As for my package ….. it was lost in their “ system “ . Irreplaceable family heirlooms that I got insurance money from instead … I did not want an insurance claim I wanted my package .
