I asked why and they told , to prove that you are not illegal emigrant and your CDL is legal. Seriously? I think should be another way but not to provide ssn.

They scanned in a package of mine and held on to it for 3 days , I watched the tracking as it sat there . Finally I called this location and asked if they could hold it snd I will come and pick it up … I was told “ we don’t do that here you have to make a claim “ . Absolutely lazy horrible customer service and backwards . . Thry have no integrity and lack proper customer service values . They need to fade away and let other respected carriers take over . As for my package ….. it was lost in their “ system “ . Irreplaceable family heirlooms that I got insurance money from instead … I did not want an insurance claim I wanted my package .
