- DVDavid VeitsMay 25, 20195.0Amazing customer service from this branch. On Saturday of memorial Day weekend 2019 a package from Amazon was marked delivered, but wasn't with my mail. I was really looking forward to this particular delivery because it contained items I needed to finish a woodworking project - items that are nearly impossible to find locally, especially on a holiday weekend. I called the branch 20 minutes before they closed for the weekend and explained the situation. The person who answered the phone determined that the package was delivered to the wrong address and sent a message to the mail carrier. Before noon, leas than 20 minutes later, a woman from the post office showed up with my package. She had retrieved it from the wrong address, explained to the occupants it had been misdelivered (they had already opened it), and brought it to my house in that short period of time. Absolutely exceptional customer service.
