    I couldn't give this place a lower review. Truly. -5 stars for ross customer service. He spoke to me like a child and back tracked over everything he said to me on the phone. Bottom line was his representative Sam didn't do his job and my package was broken and I'm out $600. I'm literally dumbfounded at how this guy treated this situation. Sub par owner, sub par employee, and another customer who is out money with zero regard for them.

    I won an auction and they used this UPS store for packing the item and shipping. I am extremely satisfied with this UPS Store. They communicated well, packed the fragile item carefully to avoid damage and shipped extremely fast. Shout out to Ross and Colin for the great communication as well.

    Alan was extraordinary! We had a full color resume that needed printed in addition to a cover letter and reference letter. Alan took his time, making manual adjustments to the printer to ensure that each document printed perfectly centered and in the correct color. He showed us the resume paper options which were available. We were impressed by the printing quality and Alan's helpfulness and expertise. Thank you, Alan! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
