The cost of shipping two packages was comparable to a one-way flight ticket. In the future, I will transport items myself when I drive. The expenses associated with mailing and shipping items are excessive. The service representative was cordial, which made the experience tolerable. It's unfortunate that shipping is a necessary evil.
