I'm fair skinned with silver hair and was wearing a purple floral dress. She said I would look like a floating head and seemed frustrated when I asked her to take a picture and see if that was true. She took the picture, wouldn't let me look at it, and refused to try another photo with my hair in front and dress sleeves pulled together to be visible in a photo. I've never been spoken to like that and certainly did not appreciate it. I went to the FedEx in fairlawn and the experience was exactly opposite of this place. They were very kind and did multiple attempts at a picture and made no comments on what I was wearing.
