They haven’t been here multiple times now during the posted business hours. I still have no way to receive mail, even after I paid the online fee to open a PO Box at this post office.

She's the tall heavy set lady with blond hair (not the normal lady) She closed our po box never notified us or left anything in the box to let us know. I went in and she stated we never filled out the paperwork, she looked in the file and there it was. Say I'm the 2nd person this happened too. Sent back bills and mail. Had to pay late fees due to not receiving bills. Closed the post office at least 10- 15 mins early multiple times. Tried to send a packages said her systems were down multiple times, conviced she doesn't know how to use it, never had issued with this before her.
