- DBDawn BoleyDec 18, 20251.0this post office charges for services they do not provide and is not eco friendly at all. I sent a package using a recycled priority box. The post office worker called me a thief and said that if you use a priority box you have to pay for priority shipping - even if the box is turned inside out, the priority markings are crossed out and a paid label is properly attached. Please note that Ada Ohio is staffed by people who are against recycling but totally in favor of scamming customers. This is the only post office in the country that has rejected recycled boxes. But, they get to add $6 to their bottom line..petty horrible people. Remind me never to move to that crappy town.

They sending my packages back because they say it's not a envelope but the mailer I sent it in is exactly 4x6x1 and under 3oz and that's exactly what the postage is for. They have now told my buyers they owe them money now. I have never had a problem with a post office until I moved to Ada.
