- MMMossMay 10, 20251.0Mailman always says they can't reach my mailbox, it is right next to the road or my porch which is behind my mailbox. My mother even said one time she watched him pull up to the mailbox and drive off as she got a notification saying they couldn't reach the mailbox. I try hard not to get my packages through usps because of the amount of packages I've had to pick up myself from the post office. I'm tired of this constantly happening and seeing another review it seems it's not just my house he does this with.
- MPMax PowerMar 17, 20251.0Staff inside Post Office are very nice. The mailman on the other hand is useless. He won’t go down driveways to deliver packages. Instead he lies on the tracking form and says he is unable to deliver because the customer is not home or customer requests to hold package at post office. You would think lying on a federal form like that would get you fired. Truth is he can’t drive his truck and covers it up by lying. The local UPS driver said he doesn’t know how to back up his truck using his mirrors. You would think that should be a prerequisite for the job. I’m sure there are qualified van drivers who could and would do the job correctly. I’ve complained over and over and nothing gets done. Only the Federal government would put up with incompetent employees like this.
