I purchased a $20 Groupon for 50% off holiday cards here that didn't work and I had to pay again (I'm taking it up with Groupon, so maybe that isn't thier fault). But then they said next day printing for holiday cards and someone would call me when they were ready. 3 days later after no call, I called them and the cards were ready. No idea if anyone was planning to call me. It's getting close to Christmas so this really bothered me.
