My friends who live in a senior development in Yorktown Heights say they too are having the same problem. I think the postal workers are rushing to keep up with the shortages.

It's now been 10 days later and the delivery has still not been made. Not to mention that this is the second time this has happened. Now we are trying to call them and they aren't picking up the phone.
