- LLLynne2 days ago1.0Absolutely the worst, most disrespectful customer service (barely qualifies as that) I have had since Optimum. The front desk clerk was rude, impatient, and deceptive. Then the “manager” kept me waiting over 40 minutes only to ask if I could read, regarding an issue with a moving request and letter. Just horrendous. I will never go there again and rarely use USPS unless absolutely necessary.

- CJC JMar 11, 20261.0Manager at this branch just told me that if my high value international package gets lost, they’re not liable for it. Told me the person above him is Washington DC and they’ll give me the same answer and then ends his argument with “Welcome to the post office world”. Imagine paying for a service and the provider telling you thanks, your package may get lost but not my problem. Does USPS stand by what this employee claims? Me and all your customers would like to know.
