- JMJenn MApr 21, 20261.0Just shut it down completely. The staff are incompetent, rude, obnoxious, entitled, degrading, and clearly lazy. The entire thing needs to be remodeled and restarted with real professionals that have an understanding of customer service. This place holds no value or help to Yonkers City. If we want to improve Yonkers itself, id recommend fixing this entire post office as well.

This place needs to be shut down or rehire polite people. This world is too messed up to have nasty people in customer service.
