- AAAnisha AOct 23, 20251.0i normally don’t leave reviews but i cannot believe how bad the service was here. cynthia specifically was INCREDIBLY rude to me 3 separate times i visited the post office. she interrupted me to the point where i couldn’t speak to explain my situation, and she made it seem like it was my fault that USPS lost my intercepted package. i saw her being friendly to other customers on the line ahead of me so i have no idea what i did to deserve that treatment. one thing i do know is that i will NEVER come back to this specific post office again. train your staff better in terms of interpersonal skills and also understanding services USPS offers because she had no idea what an intercepted package was to begin with

I brought it in ...purchased a Manila envelope to send it back and noticed the seal didn’t seem secure. I asked the female attendant if she had some tape and she said “ no....it’s secure enough “and put the package to the side .....my son called me yesterday and there was no shirt in the Manila envelope and it was sealed with tape. Obviously someone ne took the shirt and then resealed it ...how must trust can you have in the USMail..
