- DCDorlisa CourtneyDec 17, 20251.0I put in a complaint about never receiving my package, I received a call at 7:00 pm at night from a female saying my package was in my mailbox. I went to my mailbox opened it and there was nothing there, I called the number back and said someone called stating my package was delivered to my mailbox.The woman then said it had been, I told her no I'm at my mailbox now as we speak and there is nothing in it, she then turned around and said that my mailbox was broken. I said to her which lie are you going with is it delivered or is my box broken in which you would not be able to deliver my package. She was silent and then said the box is broken! So it was never delivered I said, thank you I'll just call and file another complaint and hung up.The next day around 1:30 I received a call from a gentleman asking about my complaint, basically he said that the mail person didn't have access to our building and that why my package wasn't delivered. I said we'll since you're saying that I also haven't been receiving mail for a while. He said he asked our super for a key and the super never got back to them. Wow! I said this is the first time I'm hearing about this, the tenants were never notified. So basically the post office has not been delivering the mail to the building on a consistent basis only when they feel they can get in and they never notified the owner that they had no access to deliver mail. There are no repercussions for any of this lack of accountability. So the people of area suffer. At the end I never got my package and I'm waiting to see if I'll get mail to come to my building...

All this did was aggravate the people who were in line and cause a lot of dissatisfaction in the community regarding this post office.
