- JJJjFeb 3, 20261.0I had an extremely disturbing experience with a postal worker at this location. I politely asked if a worker could assist me by getting a heavy package from my car because I was unable to lift it myself. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee became hostile, used profanity, repeatedly asked me to go outside to fight, and attempted to grab my phone while I was recording. Several employees had to hold her back from physically assaulting me as she kept trying to go through the door to do so. Her name was TIFFANY and several customers witnessed this! At no point did I behave physically aggressive, yet the situation escalated due to the employee’s conduct. This was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and made me feel unsafe inside a federal building. It needs to be investigated.

I even showed what the update was and she still did not bother to look for the package. This is a Convenient location however the people that work there are terrible. USPS should look into this matter.

I’ve called countless times and no one answers, and the item I’m expecting is coming from Europe, so I had to pay tariffs, and it’s about to get sent back and I don’t get any of my money back for that shipping. I’m reporting this facility as none of the employees should have jobs there since they don’t do them.
