If you want to send any packages I highly recommend using different shipping carriers. USPS in this location have lazy rude employees. Came here to drop off a package in the morning, there were 4 people waiting online but no employees. I had the recipient’s address written on a piece of paper, but I didn’t attach it to the package. I handed it to the employee, and she told me that the address should have been placed on the package. I didn’t realize this because the last time I sent a package, I was told that the staff would create the label and address, which is why I didn’t do it myself. Instead of clearly explaining what I needed to do, she was mumbling and upset. 🤷‍♀️ I’d never go back to this location again, they always have poor customer service. 🤦‍♀️

Oh my gosh!! This is the worst post office I’ve ever encountered!! They were supposed to deliver my package on Saturday, 1/31/2026, however they marked it as incomplete address although the address was 100% complete. Here it is Monday and they’re not answering their phones! I’ve been calling since 9 AM. It is not 9:35 AM, no answer! Tracking states they’re returning to the sender. AMAZON’s website (since AMAZON used USPS, states I must contact the USPS. Never got my package. I’ve reported the person making the delivery and the post office.
