I had such a wonderful experience at this UPS Store location today. The all-female team was absolutely amazing; professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. We needed to ship family treasures, and they packed everything with such care and attention that it gave us real peace of mind. One of the team members even took extra time to help us find the most cost-effective shipping option, which we truly appreciated. It’s rare to find service that is both thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommend this location!

You'd think if you drop a next day air package off super early I'm the morning they wouldn't wait til 9pm to do the first scan and have it miss departure.
