- LGLaToya Goyens2 days ago1.0Just left this location. I came here to return an amazon package instead of going to my local UPS. One label needed to be printed. Unfortunately, I needed a little help because my vision is not best for reading anymore. I asked Shen at the counter who was assisting me for help to which she replied, "You can do it on your own" , so I did. Then she said, " If you still need help the email address is behind you on the wall." When I turned around I did not see it then noticed it was clear across the store. I said, "If I am having a hard time reading on my phone how can I read that over there. Shen said, " Well you can walk over there yourself." Shen who is working at the counter with her pink dyed hair representing UPS has no customer service, etiquette, no compassion, no empathy and is not willing to help. I sure would hope she doesn't represent the values for business that are necessary to maintain this UPS store. However, I will not be returning here anymore. As difficult as it is to get a job now days Shen should be ashamed of herself. I am sure there are many better choices of individuals looking for a job that would be thrilled to work at the counter and help. My weakened vision is an issue for many people and a little help goes a long way. Perhaps this is why the store was empty. Perhaps this is why the other counter person looked over and Shen and shook his head but also quickly put his head down to make no further eye contact with me. It would have been easy to tell Shen exactly how I felt in the manner she deserved, but why be like her. Instead, I stated to her that she was not nice at all as I exited the store. The world doesn't need any more people like Shen. Hopefully, at a minimum Shen can receive some customer service training and recognize change begins with the individual.
