- AAAlyssa AllgaierOct 14, 20251.0The woman who does the passports was aggressive and rude when I simply asked if I could make an appointment to get a passport for my baby. I heard her loudly telling the man helping me that it was past 2pm and no passports are being done. She didn’t want to be bothered, not sure why she was so upset with someone asking for a service. She actually came out from the back to interrupt the other employee who was nicely helping me when he said I could book an appointment for Saturday (that’s the only day my husband is off). She interrupted him and told me to go to riverhead because she wasn’t going to be stuck there waiting all day to do an passport for us and rudely and sarcastically told me have a nice day on my way out. Not sure why she couldn’t just be a nice person and do it right then, it wasn’t busy in there.

I got a very rude call from a woman who works here acting as if this was my fault because “a label didn’t print” on her end. I was receiving updates on this intercept up until it reached her hands, my return address was written on the package. Now I am trying to get my intercept fee returned but am out the whole cost of the package because this woman didn’t care enough to reach out to follow up on the interception if she was confused on the next steps.
