The USPS website says I can pick up starting at 7:45 am. So I have to be late to work. I arrive only to find them not open. I check Google and it says 8:30?!?! That's not even close! I try calling the number and get lost in a menu loop just trying to confirm when this office is supposed to be open. For whatever reason I'm not allowed to request redelivery. What a nightmare.

Been out since 4 AM plowing and my mailbox was completely cleared for this delivery as was my driveway and by 1:30 PM when there was “no access”, you just didn’t come. Now I have to wait till Monday for something I paid express shipping for. Which I will be creating a complaint for and getting the shipping money back. 3-5 business days and it’s been almost 2 weeks
