- EDEmail DPFeb 17, 20245.0Amazing experience today! I wish I knew the persons name who I spoke to! I will find out! I got notification that they were unable to deliver a package due to no access to the front door. Driveway was clear so I didn’t t understand. I called and the gentleman who answered wasn’t sure what had happened, said he knew our property from delivering prior. I inquired about picking up the package and was told the driver with package would be back too late and they would not be open so I could not pick it up but that the person I was speaking with would drop it off if he was there when the driver returned! He did! He personally dropped off my package! It’s a Saturday so I would have had to wait until Monday afternoon and while it’s not emergent it’s something I’ve been anxiously awaiting and cannot tell you how much I appreciate what he did!!! THANK YOU!
