I went here to renew my daughters' passport with an appointment I had made online. I arrived on time and we didn't wait long. Teresa processed my daughter's application and took a nice photo of her for her passport which we needed. The whole time Teresa was very friendly, courteous, answered all our questions and concerns and everything was done quick and easy. We were done in only a few minutes. Teresa is an excellent postal employee and I recommend her and this post office. Thank you for the wonderful service you provided for us today! 5 stars

I will update this review with video and pictures from what just happened. As I am blown away, I am an online seller and I believed that this post office was not terrible.Just overwhelmed with customers.
Until today, when I went in to discover what was going on with a package that had gone missing was blown off by the attendant.Given to his supervisor who then told me there was nothing I could do.But file a claim, and that's the government. The new platform i'm using as an online seller is associated with the u s p.S directly, as a result of the fact they're hemorrhaging money.Because it's not supposed to be a business. It's supposed to be a federally provided service.
Now i'm reviewing this as frequent shipper of hundreds of packages a week that has just changed platforms and am force into using the us p s.
I read the reviews before going because it was so terrible. But little did I know that the negative reviews about people not getting their mail would also extend to people sending mail not being even scanned at that location.
I was informed by a supervisor that took a 1 an hour of my time. Just to scan the tracking number that when you leave a package there, you've already paid postage on. They don't scan it the truck driver who comes to pick it up.Scans it so if they don't scan it, it could go completely lost or stolen by a worker from u s p.S... Again? I will update this through maps to add video as well as pictures of the interaction that happened.Which ended in the woman being so upset?I was recording what was going on.She slammed the door in my face. Refusing to even hand me the paperwork she had printed when I stopped the door from shut shutting, cutting off, complete communication. These started screaming about calling postal police. I immediately filed a complaint with the postmaster general and will again be uploading videos of comments from postal workers at this location. Not caring that the package is lost And saying it's the government's fault.
What made it even more funny was as I was dealing with the problem.I was joined by two other sellers who were experiencing the exact same thing. And when we began to ask her, why this was a continual problem. That's when the door got slammed.
They are, they are under investigation already. For their actions which I just learned today from the other seller who gave me the phone number to the kosovo police so I could report the interaction that just had taken place

I don't understand why this PO has such a bad rap! I was nervous to go after reading these reviews, but everytime I've been the employees have been nice and friendly. Yes, sometimes its a bit slow if there is a long line, but the employees have always been patient and nice to customers when I've been there.
