Worst post office in the city. Waited 2 hours for a minors passport renewal and they took people who were late for their appointments. Only 1 person working in passport. Rude nasty mean attitude. Denial of service. Very disrespectful and arrogant. Stay away from this post office. Absolutely garbage customer service.

Its not easy to deal with the public all day long. I have found the team here at this location to be always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Anytime I have had to mail packages ect the team has been friendly and professional. My most recent experience was with Teresa and a young African American gentleman(sorry can't remember his name). I was sending off my passport for renewal and needed expedited service. The young man reviewed the paperwork and let me know the passport photo had some faults and would not be likely accepted. He directed me to a spot around the corner to get another set of passport photos.
On my return to the PO, Teresa helped me send off my documents via express mail and express return delivery option. I had my passport in 7 days! Very grateful for their help.

Rude old Asian lady. I felt as though I owed her something, as if she were doing me a personal favor or performing some kind of unpaid social work.
There used to be a kind Bengali/Indian lady who was always very helpful, but it seems she no longer works there, as I haven’t seen her recently. The place could really use more employees like her ; professional, respectful, and genuinely willing to assist customers.
