    They do not care about the amazon return, I waited 55 minutes to return 1 small amazon. I will never buy and not recommend people to go here. Staff just play each others and laughing but not taking customers.

    Advice to managers - if you're accepting Amazon returns, don't tell employees they're not to take boxes to trash....& with an attitude no less 😒 who considers customer experience anymore

    I wish I didn’t have to put any stars at all I usually go to the one in Astoria by Hoyt st .Great customer service clean parking lot and nice workers I went to this one in Woodside horrible no one greeted me the parking lot was dirty and I went to return a Amazon package I think it was the manager wearing grey a older lady didn’t get her name horrible she seen I was there told the young lady that was at desk to finish putting some papers away then take care of me very unfriendly and rude not once pick up her head or say good morning…VERY UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL HOW DID SHE GET THAT POSITION SHAME ON YOU
