    Amazon should seriously reconsider using Staples as a return partner. I attempted to return a rolled mattress topper that was already compactly packed in a small trash bag. Despite the return label clearly stating that Staples is responsible for packaging, the employee told me they could not accept the return because it “wouldn’t fit in the box.” A second employee (manager) repeated the same claim without making any effort to try an empty box. I explained multiple times that the item would easily fit in a new box, yet I was met with resistance and unnecessary attitude. When I finally requested a new box, one was provided — and the item fit immediately with virtually no effort, proving the issue was never size, but lack of willingness. The entire interaction was frustrating, unprofessional, and avoidable. This is not my first negative experience returning Amazon items at this location.

    PSA their amazon return service has been down (since new year 2026 they said). Didn't tell when it's gonna be fixed. Go to a more reputable place like Whole Foods or Amazon Hub or whatever

    Placed an online order for 1000 business cards on 1/1/26. The next day I was called and told while in production they encountered an issue and they would not be ready until at least Monday 1/5/26, instead of the next day as initially intended. Not a problem, this wasn't a rush situation by any means. 1/3/26, I wake up to an email confirmation that my order is ready for pickup. Early afternoon, before actually going to this location, I called to confirm the order was completed and ready despite being told Monday. The associate placed me on hold and checked/confirmed my order was ready for pickup. The same evening I go to this location to pickup the order, the associate opens the box and shows me a few cards. They looked good! Great, I pay and head out. I get a chance to actually sit and look over the 1000 cards and literally only 4 of them are aligned properly. Almost the entire order is misaligned and not gloss as ordered. I cannot believe they went through and completed production with over 996 cards out of alignment and let me walk out with them. Sure, I could have reviewed 1000 cards on the spot, but I would surely assume whomever ran this order would have some sort of integrity and at the least, basic quality control standards. This was my first print order at this location and definitely my last. Also sadly noteworthy, while logging into my Staples.com online account, there are multiple canceled orders I did not create after this order was made. There is also a local churches business card artwork/image randomly within my account. Literally the Assistant Pastor's personal business card artwork with full contact information attached to my uploaded images. I do not know this person and Indid not upload this to my account. Absolutely horrible and careless way to conduct business. What if this was confidential or sensitive information!? Please review the added photo and note the letter N of the word New is literally cut off and/or missing from every card in this print run. Shame on me for not checking each and every card printed. Shame on them for being reckless with other people's personal information and allowing a misaligned print order to be sold!

    Absolutely the worst customer service I ever experienced. Cashier, people working on the floor, and what looked like a manager are all rude and incompetent. I asked a basic question to two people and all refused to helped me. Just directing me to the isle (it was the wrong one anyway). When I finally asked to be helped directly, the person was rude and refused to walk with me to the isle asking me if this was for an uber order like it would matter (?) If a customer needs help you should help them regardless. When paying, the cashier is clueless about the inventory, and when I asked to someone who looked like a manager, they also directed me to the isle without answering my question. This store is definitely going downhill because of these neglectful employees. Also the store was dirty and unorganized. Skip this store and order online.
