Called back on a second line, was lied to by agent who pretended she was the manager. Extremely poor service and unprofessional. Also given a wide variety of pricing for printing jobs. For example I went to their print shop to have a small sign made. I pick it up and on the way home it peeled. They at least made a new one for free. Then I went to pick up packing supplies. The boxes are limited. The online store showed they sell poster tubes by the box but they don’t. I went through a hassle to return an item I purchased the day before. I’m not sure if they just don’t take American Express or if it’s just an issue with their system but that took forever. I’m not sure why the location is doing Amazon returns but it doesn’t fit the business. All in all I hate going to this place and I’ll find a wholesale place where I’ll be able to find exactly what I’m looking for.
