This place "decides" what and if they will deliver. Never had any issues with other carriers delivering to the same adress. I hope Amazon drops them as a carrier!

Mail is never delivered at the same time each day either so I can never count on receiving anything until whoever decides to scan it or make there way here. Hasn't been a good experience with my mail since I moved to this house at all.
