I constantly get notices that my package(s) have been delivered but yet when we go to pick them up not only is there no yellow slip, we are told it isn't there. Lisa got to know her customers, always addressed us by our name and if she seen us coming she would have our package(s) ready. They are also constantly on their cell phones.
