Ronnie is routinely rude, slow, and comes across as if helping customers is an inconvenience rather than his job. I gave it multiple chances hoping it was a one-off, but the pattern hasn’t changed. Customer service alone is enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

Service is consistently slow, inefficient, and poorly managed, with little regard for customers’ time. Simple transactions take far longer than necessary, and the staff (Ronnie) that “helped” me was disengaged, unhelpful and rude. For a service so essential to daily life, the level of organization and customer care is unacceptable. Significant improvements are needed in both efficiency and professionalism. The MINEOLA USPS location is much better in terms of professionalism and customer service.
