Even when some of the codes didn’t work (Amazon issues), she helped me through the process of fixing them! Georgina, thank you for your amazing customer service!!! I gave her a high five when I left!! I will be back!

- JSJAMES SCHADTMar 26, 20262.0I was shipped some thing I didn't order. I was told not to sign for item when driver asked for signing and just tell him to return to sender. Instead of requesting my signature. The driver left package on my porch. This wS a thousand dollar cell phone. I returned it to a ups store and they refused to take it without a return label. I had to call the company and have them email return label which I then had to forward to the store email for then to print and had to pay2.22 for printing label. This would not have happened if the delivery driver had knock on my door for my request signature! Anyone could have stole this item that the driver just left on my porch steps. Store mgr refused to take package with out return label even with the return address was on the package. He said there would be no guarantee item would be returned. He said with out label the driver could just say screw it and kept the package? This was a crazy visit to return something I was supposed to sign for!
