The owner, Jacquline let me know that UPS no longer take boxes wrapped with brown paper. I figured that I could not send it. She said remove the paper and she tapped the box and placed the address ( I cut out) and tapped it down. She was very pleasant and helpful. I really appreciated all she did with a happy attitude!!
