- TMtammy millerSep 30, 20251.0I placed a birthday card to my cousin in Illinois in the outgoing mailbox in back almost 2 weeks ago with 6 stamps on it. She has yet to get it. This is NOT the first issue with this post office and should have known better!😠

Checked tracking and it stated unable to deliver waiting to be picked up at post office. Never received a notice slip for pickup. Tried calling before noon and no answer . Why didn't package get delivered? Saturday driver to lazy to deliver packages. This us not the first time this has happened. You want more money for worse service. Delivery was not attempted as stated... really bad when we watch mailperson and still no delivery.. just plan lazy and sad.. Whitney Point use to be a good post office. NOT ANYMORE. Package best be in mailbox Monday morning. This is ridiculous.
