- SSSaidaMar 25, 20261.0AWFUL!AWFUL! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! There is one younger lady, with braided hair and long nails who is awfully RUDE! I went there plenty of times and when it was her, I always had an awful experience. She just stares and never says hi or hello or has any sort of humanly manner. She sent me back multiple times saying my packages aren’t paid when I came in with prepaid QR codes and then when I brought the same packages the next day, other ladies would take it with no problem. Young lady, if you are reading this, this is my message to you. If you don’t like your job, find a different one where you are happy. You only LIVE ONCE, stop WASTING your precious life being rude and miserable at your job where you spend majority of your time. It’s not our fault, trust me, we just go there to do our business for few minutes because that’s the closest location to our house. Your attitude behind that desk is felt in the atmosphere. Fix it or leave the job!

There’s always someone else working who’s just moseying along in the background doing nothing. There should be someone who could assist when the line gets too long. 15 minutes just to drop off a package.

This is the second time I have ordered something from Amazon or TikTok and its landed at this post office and I have had to fight for a refund because this post office is either not real or getting paid to sleep. I just need my package man!!! The whole purpose of being a post office right??? I had a wife like this one time ;)
- TBtj BrookinsFeb 25, 20261.0Had a package dropped off on February 9th and had one update on the 11th, as far as now I’m getting no communication compensation or apology on USPS part as this was an expansive package, not only this is apparently other customers at this location are having the EXACT Problems as me with packages lost from those dates. This is unacceptable and not only this this location WILL NOT answer the phone as I go to usps every day and get constant communication from every other location just not the one that lost or maybe stole my package
