Whitestone NY 11357- we have NO MAIL SERVICE for three days now, as of 02.25.26 How is this even possible? Understanding we had snow fall on Monday 02.23.26 but how are we STILL NOT receiving mail on 02.25?? Systematic government failure, from the top down and it's unacceptable.

Had a package dropped off on February 9th and had one update on the 11th, as far as now I’m getting no communication compensation or apology on USPS part as this was an expansive package, not only this is apparently other customers at this location are having the EXACT Problems as me with packages lost from those dates. This is unacceptable and not only this this location WILL NOT answer the phone as I go to usps every day and get constant communication from every other location just not the one that lost or maybe stole my package

I paid for Express shipping on a package sent from overseas that was expected to arrive by 2/10/2026. I needed this package for an event on 2/16/2026. The last tracking update was on 2/11/2026, and since then there has been no movement or explanation. When I called customer service, I was told it was being sent by ground delivery, which makes no sense considering I paid for Express shipping. I am extremely frustrated that I now have to purchase a replacement because of the delay and lack of clear communication. If customers are paying for expedited services, there should be accurate tracking updates and accountability when deadlines are missed. This experience has been disappointing and stressful.

An employee at this post office has displayed an arrogant and unprofessional attitude, treating white customers and Asian customers differently. I have reason to believe this may be discriminatory!

I’ve had two very unpleasant experiences at this USPS location. Last week, I came in to drop off a package. The clerk at the window was extremely impatient and spoke very briefly and unclearly from behind the counter. I later realized she was saying my package was not properly taped. Instead of explaining calmly, she kept rolling her eyes and repeatedly told me to either buy their tape or go back home. When I said I didn’t want to buy the tape, she ignored me completely and continued showing obvious annoyance. The whole interaction felt very disrespectful. This week, I returned after making sure my package was fully sealed. A different, younger clerk helped me, but unfortunately the attitude was just as bad. The service window was very stiff and difficult to close. I’m not very strong, so it took effort to push it down. She then complained that I used too much force and made me repeatedly open and close the window until the sound was quiet enough for her. This felt unnecessary, humiliating, and unprofessional. Both visits left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Basic courtesy and patience should be expected from a public service office. I hope management can address the customer service issues at this location.
