It doesn’t take longer then 5 HOURS to drive from Whitestone ny to Harrisburg Pa, I ORDERED MY PACKAGE ON THE 22ND AND HERE IT IS Damn near the 1st! And all it’s saying is in transit!! Where the hell is my PACKAGE NEW YORK!!!

The employee I dealt with refused to scan my prepaid packages at the counter and would not provide an acceptance receipt. When I politely explained that the scan is required for my business shipments, the employee was dismissive and had a very unprofessional attitude. Customer service should be respectful and consistent, especially when the request is straightforward. Unfortunately, this location did not meet that expectation. I hope management addresses this so other customers do not experience the same frustration.

She helped five customers in less than five minutes. I wonder what America would be like if we had another billion souls exactly like her. She’s a rare breed and I’m not sounding flirtatious. I know when I see hard work and discipline in full action. She was professional with every word and thank you for making my day!

I had already submitted my application and payment online, and I only needed to verify my identity in person. I showed my driver’s license as requested, but the Black woman working at the counter completely misled me and wasted my time. She didn’t complete the verification or inform me that it failed. When I went back a second time—bringing both my old license and the new letter I received—she was rude, dismissive, and seemed to look down on me because English isn’t my first language. This kind of attitude and unprofessional behavior should not exist in a public service office. I hope USPS management takes this matter seriously.

Once I waited 10 min just for someone to show up at the window. 16Dec2025 update: On Nov 28 I mailed a check from inside the Whitestone branch and today was informed the recipient has not received the check. So it is either lost or stolen. Another customer behind me was complaining that a check he placed in the slot inside the Whitestone branch was stolen and cashed by someone other than the person he mailed it to. **People: do not trust this branch with valuable mail. Find a different branch.
