Long lines. Lone worker. Worse still…Lost my international priority package. It didn’t make it to the airport for 4 days for what is a 3 -4 day total delivery. And then went cold.

Horrible place. Every single time. Stay away, go elsewhere so they can shut this place down and open an UPS/FedEx/DHL (anything else). This was the last straw, in a string of terrible experiences here , I finally filed a formal complaint . Lady worker here literally said I shouldn’t go there anymore lol. When I waited and missed my lunch break to ask for information on a quote for sending a package, she sent me to pick up a label , as I went to retrieve the label, I left my bag open on her counter , and she immediately calls someone to her window . Confused, I told her I am still not finished, she replied in a nasty tone “ NO I’m not gonna wait for you and let the line build “. I spoke to her in a calm normal toned voice , as I have remarkable patience and said “ I came here to ask for help with this, waited to see someone, and I’m not finished, why did you call someone when my bag was here open, what if that person went in my bag?,” she went on to say and dismiss she had no responsibility on the matter .. and continued rambling on and on to herself on the situation, as I couldn’t believe what was going on and how poorly I was being treated as a customer who actually has to pay for this service which includes mistreatment. The older lady heard all this, came out from the back to help me with the rest and apologized, she clearly overheard the other worker was not providing customer service and was in fact mistreating the customer . If you’re not happy with your life, your job etc YOU shouldn’t work there and make everyone’s day difficult. Karma.
